1. No Refunds or Returns

All ticket purchases for our quarterly webinar training sessions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a purchase is completed, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Non-Transferable Tickets

Tickets are also non-transferable. The individual or entity that purchased the ticket must be the one attending the webinar. If you cannot attend the webinar after purchasing a ticket, we recommend reviewing the materials provided post-webinar (if applicable) or contacting us for further information on future sessions.

3. Webinar Cancellations or Rescheduling

In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be notified via the email address you provided during registration. In such cases:

• You will be offered access to the rescheduled webinar date at no additional cost.
• If we cannot reschedule the webinar, you may receive credit toward a future webinar or training program of your choice.
