Thank you for purchasing tickets to our quarterly webinar trainings. We strive to provide valuable, industry-leading content to help ensure the safety and efficiency of workers operating at heights. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully, as it outlines the terms regarding ticket purchases.
1. No Refunds or Returns
All ticket purchases for our quarterly webinar training sessions are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a purchase is completed, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets are also non-transferable. The individual or entity that purchased the ticket must be the one attending the webinar. If you cannot attend the webinar after purchasing a ticket, we recommend reviewing the materials provided post-webinar (if applicable) or contacting us for further information on future sessions.
3. Webinar Cancellations or Rescheduling
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a webinar, you will be notified via the email address you provided during registration. In such cases:
- You will be offered access to the rescheduled webinar date at no additional cost.
- If we cannot reschedule the webinar, you may receive credit toward a future webinar or training program of your choice.
